1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between acc365 and every individual who accesses, registers, or uses the acc365 website and associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). This Agreement applies to all areas of the acc365 platform, including but not limited to the online casino, sports betting section, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support channels.

By completing the acc365 registration process or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to this Agreement, you expressly accept all terms contained herein. Acceptance is irrevocable for any transactions completed under the version of the terms in force at the time of those transactions.

acc365 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals who breach these terms, who are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or who fail to satisfy our identity verification requirements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the acc365 platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. acc365 takes underage gambling seriously and conducts identity verification checks on all accounts. If we have reason to believe that a player may be under 18, we will suspend the account pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage players will be permanently closed, and any deposits made will be returned in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The acc365 platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. 2.3 Registration Requirements

If duplicate accounts are detected, acc365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals or bonuses pending investigation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

acc365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any time we deem necessary, acc365 may request copies of the following documents: a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or passport; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement; and proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed. acc365 will never charge a fee for the KYC process. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acc365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. acc365 will treat all activity performed using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify acc365 support immediately via live chat.

We strongly recommend that you choose a strong, unique password for your acc365 account and that you do not reuse passwords across multiple platforms. acc365 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official acc365 login page.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

acc365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is involved in fraudulent activity; the player has breached any term of this Agreement; the account is being used in connection with money laundering or financial crime; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their acc365 account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided no terms violations are identified.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An acc365 account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. acc365 will contact you via your registered mobile number prior to applying any inactivity policy. acc365 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts after the applicable notice period. Any remaining balance after fees have been applied will be held by acc365 subject to applicable laws.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acc365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We also support bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank for qualifying withdrawal amounts. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your acc365 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on acc365 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. 4.3 Deposit Processing

4.5 Currency

If your payment provider settles in a different currency, any conversion to BDT is performed by your payment provider and is subject to their applicable exchange rate and fees. acc365 bears no responsibility for currency conversion costs or discrepancies arising from third-party payment processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

acc365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to an acc365 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from the bonus) may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

acc365 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or zero-risk bet combinations solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; using third-party software or betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; and sharing bonus codes or referral links in ways that violate the promotion terms.

If an acc365 account is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, acc365 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, apply a permanent ban on future bonus eligibility, and in serious cases close the account entirely. acc365's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on acc365 are subject to the betting rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the acc365 sportsbook. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, acc365's determination of the correct result — based on available official statistics and broadcast data at the time of settlement — is final and binding.

acc365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including bets resulting from a technical error that produced incorrect odds) or on an event that is subsequently cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window. Voided bets are returned to the player's main balance as a stake refund.

6.2 Casino Games

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acc365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acc365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the acc365 platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses arising from technical outages, server downtime, or internet connectivity failures; losses resulting from delays in transaction processing by third-party payment providers; and any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity connected with the Platform.

acc365 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. acc365 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

In any event, acc365's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their acc365 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Termination

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

acc365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via a notice on the acc365 website and, where the change is material, via a message to your registered mobile number. The revised terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the acc365 platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

10.2 Termination by acc365

acc365 may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate remaining real-money balances will be returned to you following conclusion of any investigation.

10.3 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable principles, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
